evoleo is a career mentoring website where professionals – looking for continuing their education – can get help to find their next career steps. evoleo gives career recommendations and a step-by-step guidance to reach career goals. The recommendations are based on real existing career paths. evoleo is the final project for the UX design bootcamp I attended in 2019. My role as a UX designer involved research, interviewing, synthesizing, designing, usability testing, and finalized prototyping.
Challenge
Professionals, who want to improve their skills or even switch careers,
might be overwhelmed by the vast amount of options they have.
Problem Statement
Professionals need a way to navigate through the endless amount of possibilities
to educate themselves, because they want to enhance career growth.
Competitive Analysis
The competitive analysis shows that there are some useful products out there,
to network and furthering education, but non of the competitors combines
all the features I wanted for my product.

Usability Testing
I conducted 3 usability testings with a low-fidelity invision prototype and realized, that something was missing.
I needed to go back to my user goals and make sure that they were addressed well.
